My whole concept was to reflect each clients form of power, and through the architecture, create a space where it would reflect their past and their history to the gain to power. For what is power without history of its origin, if we forget what was in the past, how can we move forward? It is with the acceptance of the past and situations can one become stronger and more powerful than before.
THE images below was inspired by the previous images, and the articles combined, blended into a perfect mixture for a power architecture, Zhang Yin's recycling paper factor was raised above into the bridge, to magnify her female powers over the current dominant males, the white and bright panels that seem to float ontop and under the bridge relate to her paper factory that brought her to power, the light and wispy nature of her seemingly easy gain to power, is symbolized by the big and open spaces without a hint of depression, the giant elements that make up the building illuminates the fact that she gained power through her own means, the fact that it is carrying Ratan Tata's building further highlights the fact that she's a powerful person.
Ratan Tata's space was created to reflect his gain to power, the multiple millions of blocks represent the amount of smaller elements that created this awesome and powerful structure, without these elements, he wouldn't be powerful. But inside the inspiritational structure lies a cold, solid and lonely place, that reflects his past, where he was an orphan and had no one to help him back then, the dark and solid nature of the building reflects the reality of his past. The fact that its hanging in there, dangling with a strong sense of hope, reflects his strong nature to hang in there and stay at the top of the most powerful people, The clinging in defiance reflects the nature of his power.
